چکیده
Abstract Study question What is the cumulative ongoing pregnancy rate within one year after visiting RIF outpatient clinic in patients with IVF/ICSI treatment? Summary answer The was 42.9% a mean time to of 8.8 months (95% CI 7.5-10.1 months). known already An estimated portion 10-15% IVF experience RIF. Multiple add-on treatments have been proposed, however, evidence for effective clinical therapeutic options still remain scarce. Although it described that might eventually benefit most from ‘keep calm and carry on’ approach, practice often seek clearer answers on their chance request further investigations/interventions. It would be helpful give insight chances achieving RIF, but at this moment little about prognosis. This complicated by lack consistency definition design, size, duration A prospective cohort study 42 one-year follow-up performed, as part MURIM (Multidisciplinary Research Repeated Implantation Failure Recurrent Miscarriages) study. P-195: The Relationship between PAI-1 Polymorphism with Recurrent Implantation Failure (RIF)
Background: RIF is the most common cause of unsuccessful pregnancy after IVF. Among the various causes of RIF, the role of maternal genetic factors is of great significance. PAI-1 polymorphism is one of the notable polymorphisms in this field. In this study, the relationship between this polymorphism and the recurrent spontaneous abortions and infertility in different populations has been inves...
متن کاملI-24: Recurrent Implantation Failure
Recurrent implantation failure (RIF) has many definitions, but usually authors consider RIF, the failure to achieve a pregnancy fallowing 2-6 IVF cycles in which more than 10 high grade embryos were transferred to the uterus. There are a lot of causes for RIF but two main causes of that are related to embryo and endometrium. Chromosomal abnormalities, zona hardening and problems in culture medi...

Prevalence of chromosomal abnormalities and timing of karyotype analysis in patients with recurrent implantation failure (RIF) following assisted reproduction
AIMS To analyze the prevalence and type of karyotype abnormalities in RIF patients and to evaluate the adequate timing for analysis and the presence of possible risk factors. METHODS 615 patients (317 women and 298 men) with RIF, having undergone at least 3 sequential failed IVF/ICSI cycles prior to karyotype analysis, were included in this study. Anomaly rates found were compared with publis...
متن کاملOnm-8: Recurrent Implantation Failure in IVF/ICSI Cycle
The success of assisted reproduction, although gradually increasing over the years, is still less than satisfactory. Many couples have benefited from this treatment; many have also been left frustrated following multiple failed attempts (Bulent Urman et al. 2005). Repeated implantation failure (RIF), defined as three or more failed IVF attempts or failure of IVF after cumula- Abstracts of the 5...
